Outstanding service and quality. Needing them after a storm came through and blew off shingles - they were able to get out that same day. The service tech was very knowledgeable and most of all honest. Was able to identify the problem and fix it that day without unnecessary cost. Also, the owner Rob is actively involved, he left another job to bring supplies necessary to finish my home.

I contacted Triple R Roofing with a concern about a leak in our bay window area. I called and had an appointment scheduled for two days later, as this was not an emergency, I thought the response time was great. Nick's communication was great and he immediately got to work when he arrived at the house. He explained what the issue was, quickly fixed it, and was very professional and kind. Very professional and great to do business with. Response to my phone call was quick and was at my door the next day. Took pictures to show the damage done to the roof vents. Damaged by the squirrels that took up residency in my attic. New vents were ordered and immediately installed upon arrival. I will definitely call Rob for any future repairs or roof replacement.

A perfect example of follow through. Dave was very responsive when we had called. Was out within a day to cover a large portion of our roof that had blown off. Had the job done within a week. Very professional and courteous. Left that morning and came home to a beautiful new roof. No evidence of anyone even being there. Would highly recommend.
